• Gabe Saarrock had a goal and an assist, Kyle Whyte added a goal and Manchester topped Fairless 3-1 in a PAC-7 boys soccer matchup to improve to 5-1-1 on the season and 5-0-1 in league play.

• Austin Coldsnow had the lone goal for Lake and Tate Testa and Tim Knavish combined for three saves as Lake tied Louisville 1-1 in a non-league boys soccer contest.

• Green senior Stewart Schmidt finished sixth overall and Lake’s Conor Delahany was close behind in seventh place at the Boardman Spartan Invitational. 

• Van Wallbrown led all golfers with a round of 38 as Manchester bested PAC-7 rival Orrville 159-183 in boys golf action.

• Kailyn Weidlich battled in both sets, but fell 6-3, 6-4 against Field in a Portage Trail Conference boys tennis singles match as the Falcons defeated the Comets 5-0.

• Maria and Ann Zivick swept first and second singles to lead Green to a 5-0 win over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin in girls tennis action.

• Erika Bell led the way with a 6-1, 6-0 win in first singles and Shonna Faust followed with a 6-0, 6-0 win at second singles as Manchester blanked Ellet 5-0 in a non-league girls tennis battle.

• Ashley Rafferty had two goals and Emily Mungo added a goal and an assist for Coventry as the Comets scored a Portage Trail Conference girls soccer victory over Ravenna by a 4-1 score. Freshman Sandra Northup added four saves for Coventry.

• Junior Andrew Duff had the lone goal and Caleb Bower recorded seven saves as Lake Center Christian battled to a 1-1 tie with Crestwood in a Portage Trail Conference boys soccer contest.

• Zak Williams had three goals and Springfield found the back of the net six times in a 6-3 win over Cloverleaf to improve to 5-1-1 on the season and 2-1-1 in Portage Trail Conference play.

• Miles Demuesy shot a low round of 35, Max Moldovan need a 36 and Green defeated Lake 151-165 in a Federal League boys golf match to improve to 11-0 on the season.

• Adam Shondel fired a 42, Jaydon Thommschack had a round of 44 and Coventry topped Streetsboro 177-215 in a Portage Trail Conference boys golf match.

• Abbie Pearce took scoring honors with a 38, pacing the Green girls golf team to a 174-195 defeat of Federal League rival Lake.
