Freewill Baptist lunch giveaway today
CANTON Freewill Baptist Church at 2817 Harmont Ave. NE will conduct a drive thru 500-lunch bag giveaway today at noon. Each bag will have a turkey sandwich, a bag of chips, sweets, fruit, and juice. Forty of the lunches will include a $15 Wal-Mart gift card.
The church also will have a “drive-in” Easter service at 10 a.m. Sunday.
St. Haralrambos announces festival dates
CANTON St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, at 251 25th St. NW has tentatively scheduled its 2020 Canton Greek Fest for Aug, 27-30.
The festival previously took place June 4-6. An updated schedule for 2020 will be posted at www.cantongreekfest.com at a later time.
Grace UCC live-streaming services
MASSILLON In response to the need for social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, Grace United Church of Christ (933 Main Ave. W) has begun livestreaming Sunday services. The service can be viewed live at 9 a.m. each Sunday on the church's Facebook page (Members and Friends of Grace United Church of Christ); videos of previous services can also be viewed at that site.
St. Timothy’s Easter vigil is tonight; Bolden sings on Wednesday
MASSILLON St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church will livestream the Great Vigil of Easter tonight from 9 to 10:30 on Facebook.
The Book of Common Prayer, which will be followed for the service, can be found for free at www.bcponline.org. Find tonight's service in the “Proper Liturgies for Special Days” chapter in the table of contents.
On Wednesday, St. Timothy’s choir director Andrew Bolden will sing at 12:30 p.m. in lieu of the church’s regular mid-week service. The music will be streamed live on the parish’s Facebook page. The on-screen visual will be “The Good Shepherd” window, inspired by Psalm 23, a signed Tiffany masterpiece donated to the church by Edwin Arnold in 1915.
Also on Wednesday at 6 p.m., the St. Timothy’s bells will toll in an ecumenical collaboration to remind Massillonians their churches are still there for them, even as services are temporarily suspended. St. Timothy’s is at 226 Third Street SE.

JACKSON TWP. Faith Family Church will offer online and televised Easter worship services on local television and multiple livestreaming platforms.
Services will be shown on Fox 8 WJW Cleveland and five live-streaming times on Facebook Live, YouTube, and live.myfaithfamily.com on Easter weekend as follows:

Drive-in, online Easter services in Marlboro
MARLBORO TWP. The Chapel in Marlboro, at 8700 state Route 619 will offer drive-in worship services for Easter at 9 and 10:15 a.m. Sunday Sunday, April 12.

Otterbein Easter service on Facebook
BETHLEHEM TWP. Otterbein United Methodist Church will host its Easter service online at 10:15 a.m. Sunday at Otterbein UMC Navarre Facebook live. It also will be posted on YouTube and the Otterbein website following the service.
Easter flower orders will be available for pickup from 8 to 10 a.m. Monday The office will be closed, but the flowers will be available.
The Lunch after Church and the Community Meal are canceled for the month of April. The Rummage Sale scheduled for the first week of May has also been canceled.
