Arden Riddle exhibit
The Arden Riddle Master Furniture Designer exhibit is at the Canton Museum of Art, 1001 Market Ave. N. The exhibit is open Tuesdays through Sundays through Oct. 28. Mid-Century Modern furniture is simple and timeless, and provided an emotional rebellion from the ornamentation of the past. It gave us clean lines, gentle organic curves, and a love for different materials and designers that are idolized even today. Arden Riddle was a master furniture designer and owned and operated Arden Riddle Furniture and Gallery for more than 50 years. Visit www.cantonart.org for details.
