'Through the Looking Glass'

A wild and wacky adaption of the classic story of Lewis Carroll's "Through the Looking Glass" will be held at 8:15 p.m. at Theatre 8:15 on Friday, Saturday and Feb. 3 and 4, and at 2:15 p.m. on Sunday. Electric Pressure Cookeer

Wandering Aesthetics is holding this year's first Electric Pressure Cooker Cabaret, an award-winning, anything goes open mic-style cabaret, at 8 p.m. Saturday at the historic Rialto Theatre in Kenmore, 1000 Kenmore Blvd., Akron. The Electric Pressure Cooker is open the public and anybody can sign up for a 12-minute spot. There is a $5 cover charge or pay-what-you-can at the door. Archery for families

Archery for Families will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on February 4 at Firestone Metro Park/Coventry Oaks Area, 40 Axline Avenue. The Metro Parks program is for families with children 9 and older. Learn international-style target archery together at the indoor range. The program is good for beginning and practiced archers.
