Several tenants have been announced for the new retail plaza constructed on Arlington Road near Wal-Mart in Springfield Township.

Jimmy Johns recently opened in the plaza and is expected to be joined by Mr. Hero, AT&T, Iron Chef Japanese Steakhouse, Mattress Firm, Affordable Dentures and Pulp Smoothie.

The plaza is built where the former Ryan's Restaurant sat vacant for many years. It was demolished last summer and the new 24,000 square-foot retail center was built.

“There are two adjacent 1,600 square-foot spaces available facing Arlington Road, and one adjacent 1,600 square-foot space available facing south available,” said Zachary Sogoloff, Senior Associate for Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC.

The new tenants are expected to open stores within the next several months.
