Creative Source cut the ribbon on its new store front office on Thursday, July 15. Co-owners, Mike Boyd and Dave Hess stared the company 14 years ago at a different location. When their lease was up, they decided to move to a storefront location.

“We both worked at Camelot Music together and because of that gained a retail business background. Dave and I wanted to have our business located in a retail area with a storefront so when our lease came up at the last location, we decided to move here. It also gave us the opportunity to create the Idea Center,” Boyd said.

The Idea Center is a place where clients can come to brainstorm for creative advertising and marketing. It is also where Creative Source holds seminars for sales, marketing, communications as well as community related topics such as youth financial literacy.

The company moved to it location at 4623 Everhard Road in May. They celebrated their ribbon cutting with the Jackson/Belden Chamber, their clients, and employees with food and tours of the facility. Creative Source also has a large format and printing area in the back of the office complex.

“We're excited about our new storefront location and the Idea Center. Our motto is discover, analyze, design, and implement when helping our clients standout in the business community,” said co-owner Dave Hess.

The ribbon cutting was sponsored and organized by the Jackson Belden Chamber of Commerce.
