Chuck Wilson, senior staff representative for the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council that represents the police department’s officers, said he has met with township officials but declined to provide details regarding the allegation.
Macaluso, who has been fired twice by trustees and subsequently reinstated by an arbitrator, has been with the police department since June 1994. He is paid $56,161 a year.
