  • Hoyt named new director at Robinson Memorial Hospital

  • Robinson Memorial Hospital recently named a new director of Revenue Cycle to oversee the efficient and effective operation of the revenue cycle functions including scheduling, admitting/registration, financial counseling, billing, collection and cash application processes for the entire hospital, Robinson Visiting Nurse and Hospice and physician practice services.

  • Robinson Memorial Hospital recently named a new director of Revenue Cycle to oversee the efficient and effective operation of the revenue cycle functions including scheduling, admitting/registration, financial counseling, billing, collection and cash application processes for the entire hospital, Robinson Visiting Nurse and Hospice and physician practice services.
    "We are thrilled and excited to have someone with Cindy’s knowledge and background join us here at Robinson," stated Carl Ebner, CFO of Robinson Memorial Hospital.
    Cindy most recently worked at Akron General Health System for over three years as the Director of Patient Financial Services. Cindy has previously worked at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital as Director of Patient Financial Services, Union Hospital as Manager of Patient Accounting, Akron Children’s Hospital as Supervisor of Patient Accounting and Summa Health System as Manager of Accounts Receivable. 
    “I am excited to be joining a wonderful revenue cycle team and look forward to supporting the financial goals of Robinson Memorial Hospital while providing the very best customer service to our patients,” said Hoyt.
    Cindy graduated from the College of Business Administration with an MBA in Management (Healthcare Administration) from the University of Akron. She completed the Health Care Executive Education Program at Case Western Reserve University. She is also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC Organization.
    Cindy resides in Uniontown with her four daughters, Chelsi and Taylor Andreff and Monica and Morgan Hoyt.
