Advanced degree commencement: Rebecca O. Bagley, CEO of NorTech, a development organization working to revitalize Northeast Ohio.
Past notable speakers: Donna Shalala, former Sec. of Health and Human Services; Tom Batiuk, cartoonist, creator of Funky Winkerbean; Mark Mothersbaugh of band Devo.

Speaker: The Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, representing 40,000 churches. Has spoken in the White House, to Congress, on national television; currently serves on President Obama’s Task Force on Fatherhood.
Past notable speaker: David Rawson, ambassador to Rwanda, whose heroic efforts in that country prompted “60 Minutes” to do a profile on him. A “60 Minutes” crew attended the commencement to film Rawson’s address.
