FAMILY MATTERS: Identifying feelings is important for everyone - How we communicate impacts every relationship. Those who learn to identify their feelings and express themselves through words are more successful, with higher self-confidence, than those who act upon their emotions. MARKETTA GREGORY: Time for some spiritual spring cleaning - In the spring, it seems like God tucks away the long, dreary winter and then instructs all of creation to show off for us. I think of it as nature's fireworks. By Marketta Gregory, GHNS.

INTERIORS: Have a laundry room awash in color -- Do you like to do laundry? For most of us, it's a necessary evil, but with a little bit of organization, you can make your laundry room a fun-looking place and help yourself accomplish your chores more easily. HOMEFIX: Clearing the deck for a new one -- Q: I purchased a home with a large wooden deck that has become an expensive maintenance nightmare over the years. The flooring is twisted with large cracks to the wood, and the railing is loose and dangerous. I plan on removing all of the old deck and replacing it to its original design. HOME STYLE Create bookcase displays bound to please -- When I design bookcase displays, my mission is to craft a visually gripping scene that spotlights a collection of items, each of which helps tell the story of the people who own them. To do so, I often use different combinations of these four elements: Mary Carol Garrity/ Scripps Howard News Service

STAY TUNED: Getting physical with 'Nikita' - In 2010 in the opening sequence of the first episode of “Nikita,” Maggie Q is wearing a slinky bathing suit while fighting bad guys. Really? She’s so thin that I’m pretty sure they could just blow on her and run away. In the second episode, she’s wearing more clothes but they mostly consist of skintight leggings. This only seems to emphasize that her legs are about the same size as her arms. Fast forward to 2012 and Nikita version 2.0 is the same. Still rail thin. Still kicking butt. Still making it hard to suspend my disbelief. By Melissa Crawley, GHNS.

WRATH REVIEW: Movie review: ‘Wrath of the Titans’ will make you mad - Moviegoers should stay far, far away from “Wrath of the Titans,” the sequel to 2010’s “Clash of the Titans,” which was a remake of 1981’s “Clash of the Titans.” By Bob Tremblay, MetroWest, Mass.

LIAM NEESON: Liam Neeson is king in 'Wrath of the Titans' - When he’s playing the Greek god Zeus, as he did in “Clash of the Titans,” and does again in “Wrath of the Titans,” Liam Neeson gives us a towering, sometimes glowering character, albeit one wracked with angst over family problems. In person, he’s still towering – standing at 6-foot-4 – but he’s a soft-spoken, laid-back dude, boasting a lilting Irish accent. "Wrath of the Titans" opens Friday. By Ed Symkus, The Patriot Ledger.

BOOK NOTES: 'The American Way of Eating' - Why is it so hard to eat well, journalist Tracie McMillan wondered. Good food, such as the produce America grows in abundance, is relatively expensive even though only 14 cents of each dollar spent on produce ends up back on the farm it came from. By Rae Francoeur, Cape Ann, Mass.
