A 54-year-old Wadsworth man faces misdemeanor charges of voyerism and criminal/aggravated trespassing after he was discovered in a public women’s restroom Saturday night.
According to jail records, an employee and other witnesses at Tinseltown Theatre, at 4620 Mega St. NW, observed the man in a restroom stall.
The employee and several co-workers attempted to stop him from leaving the area, but he ran out the back door and into the woods behind the theater.
Several police units responded and found the man, who had removed his gray sweatshirt and green baseball hat.
Theater employees told police they are familiar with the man and he had been banned previously from patronizing the business.
