We are extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused our customers and we are doing everything we can to make Maps better." – Apple CEO Tim Cook, in a letter Friday to customers, talking about users’ complaints about the new Maps application. Maps is Apple’s version of Google Maps, and users have been unimpressed with the app.

    Police said Friday that the “Sons of Anarchy” actor who died Wednesday killed his elderly landlord and fell to his death trying to escape police. Officials said Johnny Lewis, 28, killed 81-year-old Katherine Davis, and they believe Lewis might have been under the influence of drugs.
