  • Stark County Area Transportation Study (SCATS) and Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) will host three public-involvement meetings about updating the Long Range Transportation Plan.

  • Stark County Area Transportation Study (SCATS) and Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) will host three public-involvement meetings about updating the Long Range Transportation Plan.
    The public will have an opportunity to discuss transportation issues in Stark County, identify transportation-related problems and offer possible solutions. Comments will be considered as part of the process of updating the SCATS 2040 Transportation Plan. All three meetings will be considered part of the Citizens’ Advisory Council meetings.
    The meetings are scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 22 at Constitution Center, at 1022 W. Main St. in Louisville; 4 to 6 p.m. Jan. 23 at the Stark County District Library, 715 Market Ave. N, Canton; and 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 24 at Massillon Senior Center, 39 Lincoln Way W in Massillon.
