GOING GREEN: Swansea's desalination plant going green - With the region's first public desalination plant six months away from full operation, the facility is about to get a whole lot greener to tap into additional federal stimulus funds. About 375 solar panels are being installed on the 14,000-square-foot roof of the desalination building.
