Daily entertainment update with an easy recipe for Simple Salmon, "Men in Black II" tonight on TBS and why Elisabeth Hasselbeck doesn't like Sarah Palin's One Nation bus tour.
Dinner idea: Simple Salmon
1 salmon fillet (one side with skin, cut lengthwise)
Dill (fresh or dried), to taste
Pepper, to taste
Non-fat cooking spray (or a little olive oil, or non-stick aluminum foil)
Line your cooking dish of choice with foil (regular or non-stick). Spray on non-stick spray on foil. Lay your fillet skin-side-down. Sprinkle with dill, and drizzle with lemon. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until firm and pink throughout. Depending on the size of your fish steak/fillet, about 30-45 min. Add more lemon and pepper to taste.

The talker: Elisabeth Hasselbeck criticizes Sarah Palin’s bus
Elisabeth Hasselbeck, co-host on “The View,” bashed Sarah Palin’s One Nation bus tour on Friday, saying that it is distracting from Mitt Romney’s run for president. In 2008, Hasselbeck campaigned on Palin’s behalf as she ran for vice president to John McCain. The L.A. Times says that Palin in not returning Hasselbeck’s phone calls.
