Cierra Management Group filed a lawsuit claiming that they paid $243,000 upfront for Green to perform two Christmas concerts. While the musician is being sued for allegedly refusing to do the concerts, his team is being sued for "a scheme designed to finagle funding capital for concerts they would not manifest." In other words, Cierra believes that Green's people never planned on having him fulfill the concert obligations. Cierra is seeking $14.2 million.

An email to Green's rep was not immediately returned.
