Sheriff Tim Swanson announced that the Stark County Sheriff’s Office will participate in the “Click It or Ticket, What’s Holding You Back?” safety belt enforcement program. The enforcement period will run from May 18 to May 31.
Deputies will be enforcing all seat belt laws by writing tickets to those in violation, no warnings will be issued.
