PERRY TWP.  Canton Central Catholic football player Miller Davies recently signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at Ohio Dominican University.

Davies, who plans to pursue a degree in Business, carries a 3.8 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society. On the field, he is a two-year letterwinner who earned First Team All-Stark County honors and is slated to play in the North-South All-Ohio game in April.

He was a team captain during his senior year and part of the 2016 squad that won the 2016 OHSAA Division V state championship. According to Davies, he chose Ohio Dominican because he felt that it was the perfect fit for him, noting the school’s good business program as one deciding factor.
