GREEN  Following a senior season in which she broke three school records, Brooke Mazzocca will continue her volleyball career at Ohio Christian University.

Mazzocca, who was a team captain as a junior and senior, set records for single-game kills (eight), hitting percentage (21.7) and service aces (53) for a team that went 5-15 and 4-8 in Federal League play last fall.

She earned First Team All-Federal League honors as a senior and will now look to transfer those talents to the court for OCU. The Trailblazers are an NAIA Division II school in Circleville, just south of Columbus.

Mazzocca, who had both family and friends on hand for her signing, plans to major in criminal justice in college.
