Suburbanite celebrates women's accomplishments

The Suburbanite is sponsoring a Women’s Leadership Breakfast on Friday, Sept. 19 to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of professional businesswomen and business owners in Stark and Summit counties.
The event will be held at Chenoweth Country Club, 3087 Chenoweth Rd. The Leadership Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. and will end at 9 a.m.
This breakfast is a great opportunity for area businesswomen to network with other businesses in the area. The featured speaker at this event is Ohio State Auditor Mary Taylor, a CPA, and Green resident. Taylor grew up and graduated from Springfield High School. Taylor’s speech will focus on “From private accounting to public service – finding a work/family balance.”
The cost for tickets is $12 and may be purchased at The Suburbanite’s office, 3577 S. Arlington Rd., Suite B. The deadline for purchasing tickets is Sept. 12. This talk is the first in a series of women’s speakers The Suburbanite is looking to present.
