A small deer caught in the headlights on Interstate 77 Thursday morning received a brief escort off the road as  troopers positioned their cruisers for a “rolling roadblock.”

Morning Jolt: Faith healers charged after 2nd child dies

A couple from Philadelphia who practice faith healing and don’t believe in medicine were charged with murder after a second young child of theirs died after not receiving medical care. Herbert and Catherine Schaible were on probation after a son died four years ago after not receiving treatment, and even though they were ordered to provide medical care to their children, another child died. "How many kids have to die before it becomes extreme indifference to human life?" First Assistant District Attorney Ed McCann said.
