At 2 a.m. Monday, I-277 westbound will re-open to traffic.
During the 28 day closure, the Ohio Department of Transportation was able to complete the same amount of work that it would normally take one year to complete.
By completely closing I-277 during construction there were zero work zone injuries. This occurred by allowing ODOT employees and contractor complete access to I-277.
