LTW Properties is seeking approval to switch the zoning of 2.3 acres, located about 388 feet west of Wales and south of Traphagen Street NW, from office and limited business to multi-family residential.
The Commission will consider the request when it meets at 5 p.m. July 19 in the township administration building, 5735 Wales Ave. NW.
