The new movies opening this week are “Magic Mike,” an R movie from director Steven Soderbergh that stars Channing Tatum, Olivia Munn and Matthew McConaughey; “Madea's Witness Protection,” a PG-13 Madea movie from Tyler Perry; and “Ted,” an R comedy from Seth MacFarlane (of “Family Guy” fame) starring Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis.
