Oil and gas hydraulic fracturing is a huge economic and news story in our town, but just what does it mean? The Stark County District Library is about to embark on a series of programs that will introduce the concept and how it will affect our area.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. June 27 at the Main Library, 715 Market Avenue North, representatives from the Stark Development Board and Chesapeake Energy will be on hand to present Oil and Gas in Stark County, a discussion about the economic impact and technical aspects of oil and gas exploration.
