William “Bill” Bell, 96 years old, has been an Elk for 74 years. A former member of the Massillon Elks #441 and now a member of Massillon/North Canton Elks #2029, he was recently presented with his 70- year pin and membership card.

Born in Kensington, Pennsylvania, he has lived in the Massillon-area most of his life. He was
president of State Bank at one time and now lives with his daughter and her family in Massillon.
