After abruptly closing in early September, the Harbor Inn will once again be open for business, but this time with a new name. The business, situated on the Portage Lakes, will be operated by John Nassos, who operates the On Tap Grill and Bar restaurants in Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Montrose and Medina.

Nassos plans to resurrect the facility as “On Tap Grill and Bar at the Harbor.”

According to a press release from The Crest Group, a property management company that represents the real estate owners of the Harbor Inn, the concept will shift toward casual adult dining with a more affordable menu and an array of beers.

Various cosmetic renovations, along with new fixture and equipment installations, will begin immediately, with the goal to have the restaurant open for business in April.
