After fainting and suffering a concussion early last week, Hillary Clinton will not testify to the House Foreign Affairs Committee about the Benghazi attacks that left four Americans dead. Clinton is following a doctor's recommendation to work from home after dehydration due to a stomach virus caused her to faint at her home. Deputy Secretaries of State William Burns and Thomas Nides will take the Secretary of State's place before the committee.
