In the news: A 38-year-old man who started taking a generic form of Propecia says the drug made him grow breasts, made his hips widen and more, according to news reports. Now the man is considering changing into a woman, because he said the drug also turned him from a married heterosexual man into a homosexual. A known side effect of Propecia-type drugs is that men can lose their libido.

Happening today: NFL training camps begin this week, and the New Orleans Saints report today. The Saints will have to fare this season without coach Sean Payton and linebacker Jonathan Vilma because of the bounty scandal.

Opening bell: The Dow Jones opened at 12,721.46, down 101.11 points Monday.
