    Police are looking for the man who robbed a Canton Road discount store on April 28. According to reports, a man in a ski mask pointed a gun at a sales clerk and demanded money from the cash register. He fled with about $300. The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years old, 6-foot, and between 160-190 pounds.


    While performing an audit at the municipal building on Main Street, a fiscal officer reported that he was unable to find the personnel files of three former employees. Police said they are investigating the matter.


    A 22-year-old Shady Brook Avenue man was charged with burglary after he was found sleeping on a couch at a home on Valley Drive.


    A lawn mower valued at $300 was taken from a shed behind a home on Catherine Avenue.


    A man said he was driving passed Dodds Park when a rock thrown by a village mower struck his passenger door window, causing about $100 in damage.
