A woman at an apartment complex on E. Maple Street said a neighbor man approached her in the parking lot and asked her to raise her nightgown so he could see her private parts. She told police the man was intoxicated, and no threats or assaults took place. Officers contacted the neighbor and detected an odor of alcohol on him. He denied the woman’s complaint. Officers advised him to stay away from the woman’s apartment.
  

  Police responded to a complaint from a Lake Avenue woman, who said her ex-boyfriend had been banging on her door and calling her non-stop. Officers said the man called three times while they were there. An officer answered the phone on the third call and explained to the man the gravity of the situation. The man agreed to go home for the night.
