Hartville, Ohio -

On April 24, a Lincoln Street woman reported her 2002 Chevrolet Impala stolen while parked behind her apartment. Akron police recovered the vehicle in Summit County later the same day.

A S. Prospect Avenue woman told police that a milk crate containing hanging file folders was taken from her home. She said the one of the folders contained a letter threatening her daughter’s life that was written a while ago. Value of the property was unknown.

Police responded to a loud music complaint at an apartment building on Woodland Street. The music was turned down and no further action was taken.
