COVENTRY TWP.  A 49-year-old township woman has been charged with murder after her husband's remains were discovered at their Linda Avenue home.

Marcia Y. Eubank was taken into custody without incident Saturday night in the parking lot of a local business. She was interviewed by Summit County Sheriff's Office detectives and was subsequently charged with one count of murder in the death of her husband, 54-year-old Howard L. Eubank.

Investigators say that Marcia Eubank killed her husband during a domestic-related incident earlier this year.

The Sheriff's Office received a call Saturday afternoon about possible human remains located in the area of 3301 Linda Street. Deputies responded and found what appeared to be deteriorated remains. The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office and Sheriff's Crime Scene units were notified and reponded to the scene and the remains were tentatively identified as Howard L. Eubank.

An autopsy will be performed this week at the Summit County Examiner's Office.
