ABLAZE IN HARTVILLE A March 15 at Creative Custom, located in a plant on the edge of Hartville, required firefighters from seven departments - Hartville, Washington Township, Uniontown, Marlboro, Suffield, Randolph and Lexington Township - worked together to put out the industrial fire. While no one was hurt in the blaze, employee Eddie Dennison and his son were in the building. He saw the paint line go up in flames. “I turned around to go get the fire extinguisher and when I looked back, the entire area was covered in flames," said Dennison. "That was scary!" Dennison and his son were unharmed in the fire. Filled with sawdust, this room at the top of Creative Custom was one of the fireman's first concern.
