Get ready to belt out those high notes as the Akron Aeros and Akron Racers invite the public to come to open tryouts to perform the National Anthem. Join us for an afternoon full of fun and musical entertainment as we watch the community give the singing of the National Anthem their best shot.
Contestants of all ages are invited to give their best live rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. A panel of experts from around the area will judge all contestants and the finalists will have the chance to sing the National Anthem at an Akron Aeros or Akron Racers game during the 2010 season.
Media representatives are welcome to come out and film the contest, Interview contestants and meet the judges. You never know, the next Grammy winner may be from Akron, Ohio.
