To remove hard-water scale or mildew on shower and faucet heads, soak them in vinegar. If the head isn't removable, fill a plastic bag with vinegar and position it over the faucet, taping the bag shut to let it soak.

Remove any certificate, plaques, diplomas or similar items hanging around rooms in the house. Leaving picture frames up with the manufacturer's pictures still inside is a no-no, also. Instead, de-personalize the rooms with tasteful yet neutral art.
