Jack’s Abby Brewing in Framingham is hosting a fundraiser for the Framingham Public Library Foundation on Dec. 1
The event, which goes from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., will include a guided tasting of its beers and a private tour of the 81 Morton St. brewery.
Along with the tastings and the tour, co-owner and head brewer Jack Hendler, and myself, will be giving a talk about beer, beer styles and the brewing process.
There will be appetizers served and a raffle of a Jack’s Abby Brewing gift basket.
Portions of the proceeds from the sale of brewery products will be donated to the foundation.
Tickets are $30 and are available at the main library and McAuliffe branch. They will also be available the night of the event at the brewery.
The money raised it to help offset the cost of a building a new McAuliffe branch library and to create an endowment fund for other library projects.
