High court won’t make final ruling this year on whether Arizona immigration law is constitutional

Some people seem to think today’s Supreme Court hearing on Arizona’s controversial immigration law will lead to a ruling in June that settles once and for all the question of the statute’s constitutionality.

That’s not going to the case. The high court likely will hand down a ruling of some sort by early summer, but that won’t be the end of the matter, as we see HERE:
