Police responded to several complaints of possible drug-related activity at a home on Lakeview Street. After obtaining permission from the property owner to search the premises, officers uncovered two pipes (one of which was a homemade crack pipe), about 8-10 pills, a glass bowl containing suspected marijuana, and various other drug-related instruments. Charges were pending at the time of the report.

    A 31-year-old Wadsworth man was arrested for passing bad checks. Police said he tried to cash a check for $1,400 at a Canton Road liquor store, knowing it would bounce.
