Stark County Sheriff’s office reminds citizens it is against the law to furnish any alcohol to anyone under teh age of 21. A parent may furnish their own child alcoholic beverages but not the child of another. If a parent or their child hosts a party at their residence or another location, they are also responsbile criminally and civility for any injury as a result of consuming alcohol at the gathering.
