The Lake Dollars for Scholars program is a success because of the generous support of businesses and individuals in the Lake Community. In 17 years, the Lake Dollars for Scholars program has awarded 592 scholarships totaling more than $360,000.
Consider donating to support graduating seniors as they pursue college educations. Students who reside in the Lake Local School District, regardless of the high school they attend, are eligible to apply and are selected according to Scholarship American guidelines.
Donations of any amount are appreciated and are tax deductible. Donations of $400 or more will establish a memorial or a named scholarship - for individuals, businesses and organizations.
Donate $400 or more and present a scholarship in person at the Senior Recognition Ceremony in late spring. All donations of less than $400 are combined in the Lake Dollars for Scholars fund and awarded in various amounts.
