Lake High School athletes and the Lake Athletic Booster Club are taking orders for their Annual Mulch Sale. This fundraiser not only benefits Lake athletes and their respective sport programs, but also provides high-quality mulch for the community’s springtime landscaping needs.
Mulch orders can be made through any Lake High School student-athlete or from the attached order form. This year, mulch can be obtained in bags (medium or dark) or bulk (4 yard minimum).
The premium dark bark mulch is $ 5.00 per 3 cubic foot bag. The premium medium bark mulch is $4.75 per 3 cubic foot bag. The unique feature of the mulch sale is when a customer makes orders of 10 or more bags, the bags will be delivered free of charge directly to any home within Lake Township or the Lake Local School District. The dates for bag delivery will be April 18 and April 25. Lake student-athletes, along with parent volunteers and coaches will be delivering all pre-ordered bagged mulch throughout the two weekend Saturdays. “Cash and Carry” orders will also be accepted on April 18 and April 25 behind the Hartville Marketplace, at the northeast corner parking lot (Rt. 619) with an access entrance/exit on North Market Street at The Hartville Tool Co.
For those of you who wish to purchase Bulk (by the yard, delivery only), orders are a 4 yard minimum and will be delivered by Metkers during the morning hours, Monday through Friday beginning the week of April 6th and ending May 8. The premium dark bark mulch is $28 per yard and the premium medium bark mulch is $25 per yard.
Credit card payments are also accepted on all bagged or bulk mulch.
