As I see the sheriff's saga, it is not over. For something to be finalized, things have to be resolved. Closure cannot happen with so many unanswered questions.

• Is the person holding the office of Stark County sheriff qualified for the job?

• Is he legally holding that position?

• Is cronyism going to win over the rule of law?

• Will someone file suit and remove our sheriff again?

• How much will this cost the taxpayer?

How sad that we have a situation where right and wrong is not the issue, it's whether someone will go through the trouble of filing a lawsuit.
