  • CANAL FULTON
    • Canal Boat Lounge, 119 S. Canal St., A DJ is scheduled to start at 9 p.m., playing top-40, country and classic rock music. Admission is free, and the evening includes free pork and sauerkraut and a small glass of champagne at midnight. Call 330-854-9902 for further details.
    MASSILLON

    • Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest, 8 p.m., ABC: Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy will host live from New York's Times Square. The program includes live performances from Blondie, Icona Pop, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, and Miley Cyrus. Seacrest and McCarthy lead the traditional countdown to midnight. The West Coast celebration hosted by Fergie will feature performances from Capital Cities, Daughtry, Ariana Grande and The Fray.
    • A Toast to 2013, 8 p.m., NBC: Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford, "Today's" afternoon anchors who love their wine, will host a two-hour special discussing the biggest stories of the year with celebrity guests Jane Lynch, Michael Buble, Sheryl Sandberg, Questlove and more.
