Developers broke ground Monday on a two-story ambulatory surgical center that will be the new headquarters of Spectrum Orthopaedics, according to a media release.
The 44,000-square-foot building at the corner of Applegrove Street NW and Frank Avenue NW will include offices, MRI and physical therapy suites and a surgery center.
The four existing locations of the practice will be moved into the Jackson facility, according to the release.
Construction is expected to be finished at the end of 2014.
Signet Development, with offices in Akron, is overseeing the project.
