  • Stark County is among several area counties under a winter storm advisory that is expected to expire at 10 p.m. Friday.
Forecasts say that four to six inches of snow could fall during the course of late Friday afternoon and evening.
"It should pick up later this evening," said meteorologist John Mayers of the National Weather Service's Cleveland bureau. "We are expecting another wave this evening."
Other area counties under the winter storm watch are Wayne, Summit, Carroll, Columbiana, Tuscarawas and Holmes.
