Look for lane restrictions on Route 21 through November
State Route 21 between the Tuscarawas County line and U.S. Route 62 has various lane restrictions for resurfacing through late November, according to a news release from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
The work is part of a $4 million project to resurface Route 21 from the Tuscarawas County line to Route 62, and to replace the bridge over the Tuscarawas River between Route 62 and Lawndell Road SW.
The entire project is scheduled to be completed by late this month.
Road work on I-77 will continue into next year
Both the north and south lanes of Interstate 77 between the Tuscarawas County line to Fohl Street SW have various lane restrictions for roadway construction and striping, according to a new release from ODOT.
This work is part of a $14 million project to resurface I-77 from state Route 800 to the Tuscarawas County line. This project also includes bridge repairs.
The work is expected to be completed by late September 2014, the release states.
