Diebold said it is partnering with Infosys and Oracle as part of the company's efforts to transform its business operations.

Diebold announced that it is teaming with Infosys and Oracle in an effort to transform and streamline its service, supply chain management and financial operations processes.

The two companies will help Diebold as it moves forward with efforts to transform its operations.

Diebold said it plans to use Oracle enterprise applications in a move to simplify and standardize its global processes, and help improve efficiency.

"This is an important building block to help accelerate Diebold's transformation process," Andy W. Mattes, Diebold president and chief executive officer, said in a news release announcing the partnership.

"Over the next two years, it is our goal to build a world-class IT infrastructure that provides comprehensive and analytical data, necessary to support our growing business operations as we continue to transform to a services-led organization," Mattes added in the release.

Diebold said it has used Oracle enterprise resource planning for more that 10 years, and has partnered with Infosys during the past 18 months to strategize, mobilize and transform its global information technology delivery.
