A Cuyahoga Falls man wanted in the Sunday night shooting of an Akron man on Strausser Street NW has been arrested.
Township Police Chief David Zink said Robert W. Petrone, 46, surrendered to police at the police department about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Petrone was wanted on an attempted murder charge stemming from the shooting of Kevin J. Ciptak. Ciptak was shot several times at a tree farm near Strausser Street.
