Jonathan Winn, franchise operator of the Chick-fil-A restaurant at Westfield Belden Village mall is the recipient of the Symbol of Success award, the company’s highest honor.
Winn was among 54 operators to receive the award at the chain’s annual meeting Feb. 20-23 in San Antonio, Texas.
As part of the award, Winn was allowed to choose one of 13 Ford models. First-time Symbol of Success winners receive the keys to their vehicles for one year. If they match or exceed the same level of performance for the second consecutive year, they earn the title to the vehicle.
Since the Symbol of Success award was instituted in 1975, nearly 1,000 operators have earned it and 127 of them have received the title to the vehicle in year two.
